So you all may have noticed the new blog header. It's very special to me. It's my kids and their best neighborhood buddies. These are the kids that they spend their time with and go on beach vacations with. I thought it would be neat to do a concept shot including all of them - but wasn't sure how successful we might be with so many 10-and-unders. Well, I am in love with the results. It may be "new creation" love or it may stand the test of time as an all-time favorite (and I suspect the latter). It was certainly helpful that we sketched it out in advance with stick figures (the extent of my sketching talent) and that I had 4 adults there to help corral and control the kiddos. Anyway - the new top banner is the result, and there are a few others that were winners that I wanted to share here. And attention clients... I LOVE shooting around an artistic concept, so if you have a creative idea for a large art piece, let's talk about fleshing it out!!

I love the idea of gathering all your kids' friends for a photo session. And the header image is FABULOUS. So creative, Ruthi!

That banner is AMAZING, Ruthi! As are all your other shots from that shoot. Are you going to get a big wall print made from that banner, as well?
